The Plateau State College of Health Technology, Pankshin, has congratulated the First Lady of Plateau State, Barr. Helen Caleb Mutfwang, on her birthday, describing her commitment to the welfare of women and children as commendable.

The Acting Provost of the College, Mr. Emmanuel Mahanan Josiah, conveyed the congratulatory message on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, staff, students and the entire College community.

Josiah said the College was pleased to join Governor Caleb Mutfwang, members of his family and the people of Plateau State in celebrating the First Lady, while acknowledging her contributions to the wellbeing of women and children in the state.

He noted that the First Lady’s efforts towards supporting vulnerable women and children, as well as her advocacy for unity and inclusiveness, had made her a source of encouragement to many.

The Acting Provost also commended her support for the administration’s “Time is Now” agenda and prayed that God would grant her continued good health, happiness and wisdom in the years ahead.

He wished Barr. Helen Mutfwang a fulfilling birthday celebration and more years of impactful service to the people of Plateau State.
