Your Excellency, Ma, as the number two citizen of our dear State and the Deputy Governor to the Chief custodian of the Time is Now administration, His Excellency Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang. You have been a supportive pillar to the Governor in piloting the affairs of our dear state.
