The Director of Personnel Management of Riyom Local Government, Mrs. Kyauta Dashe on behalf of the Management and the entire Staff of the Local Government Council, rejoices with the Executive Chairman of the Council, Hon Sati Bature Shuwa, members of the Executive Council, Leader, and members of the Local Government Legislative Arm as they celebrate their one year in office.
