The Acting Provost of Plateau State College of Health Technology, Mr. Emmanuel Mahanan Josiah, has congratulated the Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, on the occasion of his 61st birthday, describing him as a performing leader committed to the development of the state.
In a congratulatory message issued on behalf of the Governing Council, Management, Staff, and Students of the institution, the
Acting Provost commended the governor’s leadership under the “Time is Now” administration, noting that his policies and programmes have positively impacted the lives of citizens across the state.
The Acting Provost stated that the college community recognizes Governor Mutfwang’s efforts in piloting the affairs of the state and providing people-centered governance aimed at improving infrastructure and social development.
He further observed that the governor’s developmental foresight and commitment to transforming Plateau State continue to inspire hope among the people, adding that the achievements recorded within a short period have laid a strong foundation for lasting progress.
Josiah also noted that the recent recognition of the governor as the 2025 Governor of the Year by Silverbird Group affirms his dedication to the welfare and advancement of the people of Plateau State.
While wishing the governor a happy birthday, the Acting Provost prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, and good health for the governor as he continues to lead the state toward greater development.
