Chief Moses Nwan, mni, PhD, Executive Private Secretary to the Governor of Plateau State, has congratulated His Excellency, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang on three years in office, describing it as a milestone of purposeful leadership and commitment to peace, unity and development in Plateau State.
Chief Nwan said the past three years have shown Governor Mutfwang’s visionary leadership and courage in restoring hope and strengthening confidence in governance. He noted progress across infrastructure, healthcare, education, agriculture, youth and women empowerment, and institutional reforms under an inclusive, people-centered approach.
He commended the governor’s dedication to peacebuilding and social cohesion, saying his humility, accessibility and faith in God have distinguished him as a leader who places service above self and the collective interest of Plateau people above all.
Praying for more grace, Chief Nwan asked God to grant the governor sound health, wisdom, divine protection and strength to achieve greater milestones for Plateau State in the years ahead.
