The National Executive Council of the College of Education Gindiri Alumni Association (CEGAA), led by National President Chief Moses Nwan, mni, PhD, who is also the Executive Private Secretary to His Excellency the Executive Governor of Plateau State, Barr. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, visited the new Vice Chancellor of Plateau State University, Bokkos, Professor Shedrack Gaya Best, to extend their congratulations.
During the visit to his office at the university’s permanent site in Bokkos, the National President formally congratulated Professor Best on his confirmation as the 6th Vice Chancellor of the prestigious state-owned university in Plateau. He expressed appreciation for the warm welcome received and emphasized the Alumni Association’s commitment to partnering in all development initiatives at the institution.
A special congratulatory card was presented to the Vice Chancellor on behalf of CEGAA.
In his response, the Vice Chancellor expressed gratitude for the visit and assurances of a strong collaborative relationship between the university and CEGAA, particularly concerning admissions into the various courses and programs offered.
Professor Best also congratulated the new leadership of CEGAA and wished them a successful tenure in office.
CEGAA’s National Publicity Secretary, Isah Adamu Abdullahi, noted that the new leadership has been working to reposition the Association for greater outreach and engagement with members across various sectors.
