Hon. Timdi Nkat has defeated Plateau State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt. Hon. Naanlong Daniel, in the APC primary election for Mikang Constituency.
According to results declared at the party secretariat by the LGA returning officer Mr. Festus Danladi Dakogol, Hon. Timdi polled 5,677 votes while the speaker got 1,487 votes.
