The Member representing Mikang/Shendam/Qua’an-Pan Federal Constituency, Hon. John M. Dafaan, has assured members of the Pan Youth Association (PYA) that the outcome of the recent APC primaries will not stop him from serving his people.

Hon. Dafaan gave the assurance on Monday August 24, 2026 when he received the National leadership of the PYA on a solidarity visit to his office at the National Assembly Complex, Abuja.

The delegation, led by National President Comr. Eric Saba Dabilong, urged the lawmaker to accept the primaries result as “the will of God” and assured him that “greater opportunities await him”.

In his response, Hon. Dafaan expressed appreciation for the visit and reiterated his commitment to the welfare of his people.

He urged the youths to continue promoting unity, peace, and progress among the Pan people and other ethnic groups.

The meeting also featured discussions on employment, history, politics, and other critical issues affecting the Pan Nation, with emphasis on solutions.

The PYA further presented plans for the 2026 Koes Pan, Duan Pan, and Long Mar Pan Festivals and solicited Hon. Dafaan’s support for the successful hosting of the cultural celebrations.
